Dove Men

After the miracle of childbirth, it’s easy for dads to get that familiar feeling: “And I was there too.” But a father’s care — and their skin-to-skin contact — is essential in those first precious moments. It’s when the bond is formed. That’s why Dove Men decided to celebrate the men becoming dads on Father’s Day. From midnight to midnight, new fathers were featured in digital out of home in Times Square and 1,700 other sites across New York. I wrote the campaign line and worked on the original concept and copy with Angus George, Johnny Watters, Noel Bunting and Dan Fisher. Last year, I brought the idea back. And after my freelance contract ended, Rob Butcher (the incoming Dove Men CD) led a small army of talented people who brought the campaign into the world. The team are all doing well and resting comfortably.
