Sometimes getting outbid on eBay hurts as much as a real loss. That’s why we partnered Liberty Mutual Insurance with eBay to create Bid Protection — a new kind of policy that protects against the unique pain of getting outbid on eBay. I was the ACD and lead copywriter on the project. My partner and I created Bid Protection, forging the partnership with eBay and getting the concept through all the executional hurdles.
